Project Examples

Requirements

Starting in September, a team of 4 student-consultants will spend a total of 120 hours analyzing the internal and external environment surrounding your company. They will outline a strategic plan on how your organization can develop a competitive advantage to grow your businesses based on the factors uncovered during the research process.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying new channels or partners that can help grow you business.
  • Identifying new market segments.
  • Evaluating your organization's capabilities to execute strategic change.
  • Competitive and external analysis of your industry and the implications on your business.
